Job Title: Inspector

Job Summary :

As a Finishing Inspector at Central Moloney you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our finished products. You will be responsible for inspecting transformers and transformer components during the finishing process to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections of finished transformers and transformer components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect surface finishes and coatings for defects imperfections or irregularities.
• Identify and document any nonconformities or deviations from quality standards.
• Communicate inspection results to production supervisors and quality control team members.
• Follow established inspection procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in quality control or inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
