Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/CPA- Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. This role involves providing high-level financial consulting, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
• Provide advisory services on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Conduct financial audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal controls.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
• Handle payroll processing and employee expense management.
• Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• CPA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or financial consulting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multinational companies or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
