Job Description

Confiz LLC is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments. This role involves coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders to adopt Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices. The ideal candidate will work remotely but should be open to occasional travel to Bentonville, Arkansas, to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile transformation efforts by coaching teams, leaders, and executives on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Assess current Agile maturity levels and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups to optimize team efficiency.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within teams.
• Develop and deliver Agile training sessions and workshops for teams and leadership.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to enhance Agile adoption.
• Partner with business and technology teams to align Agile processes with strategic objectives.
• Identify and resolve impediments that hinder Agile team performance.
• Promote Agile best practices and drive the adoption of Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Foster a mindset of Lean-Agile leadership and servant leadership within the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, Scrum Mastery, or Agile project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS .
• Experience coaching at multiple levels – teams, middle management, and executives.
• Strong facilitation, training, and mentoring skills.
• Hands-on experience working in IT services, software development, or technology-driven environments.
• Expertise in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps , or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications like Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, or ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) are a plus.
