Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney, with 3-5 years of experience in Family Law preferable, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and research skills, a passion for family law, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in California as well as be in good standing with the California State Bar.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
Negotiate settlements and agreements effectively.
Represent clients in court appearances with professionalism.
Conduct client meetings with empathy and attention to detail.
