Position Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our Pleasanton team. In this role, you will represent clients in a variety of legal matters, draft legal documents, and provide counsel on legal transactions. Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court and legal proceedings.
Prepare, review, and draft legal documents.
Offer legal advice on disputes in personal injury and civil litigation.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Manage various aspects of legal practice, including case preparation and client communication.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership with the California Bar.
Previous experience as a licensed attorney (preferred but not required).
Strong familiarity with legal documents and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial work.
Exceptional writing skills for drafting persuasive legal arguments.
