Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to ensure consistent sales and marketing messaging.
• Evaluate and understand potential client needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain productive business relationships with customers to enhance access and sales results.
• Provide feedback on marketplace trends, challenges, and product access to Directors/VPs and the President.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to set goals and implement plans for skill enhancement and improved sales outcomes.
• Stay updated on database information and reporting.
• Analyze advertising account data and present findings to new clients.
• Assist with product demonstrations and company presentations.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with VPs to assess recruiting efforts.

Experience & Education:

• Proactive self-starter, highly independent, motivated, and resourceful in exceeding sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to grasp complex technical and business concepts quickly and communicate them clearly and precisely.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and articulate speaking style, crucial for engaging decision-makers during cold calls using a distinguishable American accent.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and solutions assertively yet diplomatically during cold calls, effectively conveying value propositions and addressing objections.
• Industry experience in Plastics, Packaging, Chemicals, Film, or related fields.
• Excellent/Advanced English proficiency (Speaking/Reading/Writing).
• Recruiting experience is a plus (not required).
• Detail-oriented, multitasker, high-energy, determined, and self-motivated.
• High-speed internet access (with backup if possible), high-quality headset, and a functional computer with the most recent version of MS Office installed.
• Quiet workspace with no background noise.

REQUIRED HOURS & EQUIPMENT

• Must be available during normal USA Business Hours.
• Work hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am 6 pm & Fridays 9 am - 1 pm EST.
• Fast and reliable internet connection with power backups.
• Noise-canceling headset.
• No background noise (strict requirement).
• Job Type: Full-time.
• The candidate is required to have their own computer or Laptop: Minimum system requirements: 5.0 GHz dual-core processor, 16 GB RAM, and the latest working version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift (Monday to Thursday), 4-hour shift on Fridays.
• Monday to Friday.
• EST Business Hours.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruiting: 4 years (not required).
• Sales: 3+ years (required).

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $300.00 to $ 800.00 - The base pay will depend on the experience, market, and industry exposure
• Commission: $600.00 to $3,000.00 or more -This will be discussed during a certain phase for clarity

Language and Communication Requirements:

• A fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills , ideally with a n ear-American accent .
• Capable of engaging in clear, concise, and compelling conversations with prospects.
• Confident in cold calling, handling objections, and converting rejections into opportunities .
• Experienced in B2B sales or eager to apply top-tier sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

• EST Business Hours (Required)
• Monday to Thursday - 9am - 6pm EST
• Friday - 9am - 1pm EST
