In this role, you will:

Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated therapists: Train, guide, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality therapy delivery.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans: Create and implement effective behavior intervention plans based on each child's unique needs and goals.
Conduct comprehensive assessments: Perform thorough assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments, to identify and address challenging behaviors.
Provide parent training and support: Educate and empower parents with the knowledge and skills to support their child's development at home.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with other professionals, such as teachers and physicians, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
3-5 years of experience in providing ABA therapy services remotely
Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of ABA principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EMR) software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
