Responsibilities
Therapy Sessions:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions remotely via video conferencing.
Conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and offer ongoing therapy services to clients.
Client Care and Communication:
Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Offer empathetic support, guidance, and effective communication with clients.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Keep thorough, up-to-date client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and relevant policies.
Collaboration and Consultation:
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists.
Participate in case consultations, sharing insights to guide treatment decisions.
Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing training, education, and professional development to enhance your skills.
Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices, research, and industry developments.
Requirements
Education: A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Licensure: Active licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) in the United States.
Experience: 0-2 years of clinical therapy experience, ideally in mental health or substance abuse treatment.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities.
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Certifications/Licenses: Certification in a specific therapy modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is a plus.
