This is a direct hire opportunity for someone in a manufacturing accounting role, maybe a cost accountant or assistant controller who is looking to take the next step to lead a Plant Finance team!

What we are looking for:

• Provide adequate training and performance feedback of Accounting Staff.
• Cooperate with department managers and establish or assist in the development of annual budgets.
• Act as liaison with company’s independent auditors on accounting and tax matters.
• Approve credit, extension of credit and arrange for collection of past due accounts.
• Direct, supervise and integrate processing of accounts payable and manual invoicing, and cash receipts.
• Monitor daily cash flow activity to coordinate the bank line of credit.
• General and Cost Accounting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and reports.
• Organize and staff the Accounting Department with qualified capable personnel

What you have:

• 4 year degree in accounting
• CPA, CMA, or MBA
• Minimum 8 years experience.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Access) (IFS and Paylocity experience preferred)
