- Coordinate with dental providers to optimize scheduling and workflow, maximizing productivity while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage financial aspects of the practice, including billing, insurance claims, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dental office management or a similar administrative role within dentistry.

- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
