Director of Sales & Marketing

Location: On-site | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year + Commission

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead sales initiatives and drive business growth in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who excels in customer relationships, marketing strategies, and sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Oversee customer inquiries, RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, sales, and returns.
Manage and enhance the company's social media presence and marketing programs.
Create engaging content, including social media posts, blogs, landing pages, white papers, and email marketing campaigns.
Support, manage, and recruit Manufacturer Representatives.
Stay up to date with SEO and lead generation strategies.
Maintain a database of customers, prospects, order history, and sales reports.
Develop and monitor the sales budget, tracking performance and reporting results.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of Sales Management experience (preferably in contract manufacturing).
Ability to read blueprint drawings for part specifications.
General knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
