Director of Sales & Marketing

Position Details:

Full-Time, On-Site (not remote)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with both existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and growth.
Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, quotes, POs, sales, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage and enhance the company's social media presence and marketing initiatives.
Create engaging customer communications through various channels, including social media, blogs, website landing pages, white papers, and email newsletters.
Oversee, manage, and recruit Manufacturer Representatives to expand our reach and impact.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in SEO and lead generation.
Maintain a comprehensive database of customers, prospects, order histories, quotes, and sales funnels, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
Develop and monitor the sales budget, track performance, and report on results.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of Sales Management experience, ideally in the Contract Manufacturing industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings for part specifications.
A general understanding of the manufacturing process and related terminology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
