Job Description

We are excited to offer flexible, remote opportunities for skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students with learning disabilities. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your own home, working with students across the country. As part of an innovative online platform, you will collaborate with on-site paraprofessionals and teaching aides to deliver high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities:
Teletherapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy sessions to students through a user-friendly online platform, ensuring accessibility for all students.
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, adjusting as necessary to meet the specific needs of each student.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other members of the IEP team to develop strategies that promote student success and enhance outcomes.
Assessments: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' specific needs and tailor therapy accordingly.
Direct Therapy: Provide direct, individualized therapy sessions, guiding students through engaging, evidence-based activities and games designed to support their language development.
Progress Monitoring: Use built-in scheduling and tracking tools to monitor student progress, ensuring ongoing development and success.

Requirements:
Education: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Licensing: Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington state.
Experience: Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting, with a focus on K-12 students.
