We are looking for an attorney with at least 4 years of experience in employment law to handle a variety of responsibilities, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, writing motions, and analyzing cases involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Experience with wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative claims is highly preferred.

As California's employment law landscape is rapidly evolving, we need an attorney who is ready to take on responsibility, stay ahead of legal changes, and manage complex cases independently.
Responsibilities:
Handle employment law matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation claims, and wage and hour class action/PAGA claims.
Take depositions and interview witnesses to gather facts.
Draft motions, discovery plans, and other legal documents.
Manage document-intensive cases and prepare for trial.
Work effectively with a team, providing guidance and contributing to the success of complex legal cases.
Qualifications:
California licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably with class action and PAGA experience.
Strong academic background and ambition to advance your legal career.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a solid work ethic.
