SalesBizLab  We areis seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry Level Personal Assistant to support senior management with administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic business environment.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
• Liaise with internal teams and external clients on behalf of management.
• Manage office supplies, orders, and vendor communications.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
