Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our global event marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and help create exceptional experiences for both virtual and in-person events. As a key part of the marketing team, you'll play an integral role in delivering high-impact events that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Logistics & Execution:
Oversee all logistics for virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer gatherings.
Manage detailed project timelines and tasks using Monday.com to ensure smooth event operations.
Support the execution of both on-site and virtual events, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
Program Support:
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for each event, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals.
Manage event registration and attendee communications, providing timely updates and responses.
Ensure proper lead capture and data entry into marketing systems.
Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and event content.
Coordinate logistics for speakers, including travel arrangements and presentation materials.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain an organized event calendar and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Manage inventory and supplies related to event marketing.
Schedule and coordinate internal planning meetings for upcoming events.
Process event-related invoices and track budgets.
Prepare post-event reports and analytics summaries to measure event success.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably within a B2B or technology environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for event execution.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com is a plus).
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with virtual event platforms and webinar technology.
Knowledge of marketing tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
Previous experience in budget management and vendor coordination.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
