Event Marketing Coordinator (Remote - US Based)
Are you passionate about planning events and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in executing virtual and in-person events that engage and inspire our audience. You'll manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly—helping to bring our brand to life through impactful event experiences.
This is a remote role based in the U.S., with occasional travel (up to 30%) for event execution.
What You'll Do
Event Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer gatherings.
Maintain detailed project timelines and checklists using project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
Support onsite event execution and virtual event production.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
Program Support
Assist in budget creation and expense tracking for event programs.
Oversee event registration processes and attendee communications.
Ensure accurate lead capture and data entry into marketing systems.
Support the creation and distribution of event materials and promotional content.
Handle speaker logistics, including travel arrangements and presentation materials.
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain the event calendar and program documentation.
Manage event marketing inventory and supplies.
Schedule and coordinate internal event planning meetings.
Process invoices and maintain accurate budget tracking.
Create post-event recap reports and analytics summaries.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in event coordination.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to travel up to 30% for event execution.
Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with virtual event platforms and webinar technology.
Background in B2B marketing or technology industry.
Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce.
Experience with budget management and vendor coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
