Position: Experienced Bookkeeper - Administrative/Finance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and

payroll using QuickBooks.

• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports.

• Manage claims processing, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

• Assist with strategic financial planning, data analysis, and reporting to senior leadership.

• Administer HR-related financial tasks such as onboarding, insurance credentialing, and COBRA

compliance.

• Collaborate with staff to improve financial workflows and streamline processes.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or 10+ years of equivalent experience).

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for healthcare finance applications.

• Familiarity with medical billing, claims processing, and insurance reimbursement.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, a positive team-oriented attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced

setting.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with both Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
