Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

SalesBizLab  We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing them with exceptional customer service while effectively managing administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. 

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of filing systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or similar is a plus
• Proven experience as a front office assistant or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
