We are seeking a dedicated Fundraising Event Coordinator to assist organizations in planning and coordinating impactful group experiences that support their fundraising and mission-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations, providing expert advice and support throughout the planning process.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to maximize value for clients.
• Coordinate itineraries and schedules, providing detailed event materials to ensure all participants have an exceptional experience.
• Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure events stay on track and within scope.
• Provide post-event follow-up and assistance with evaluations to enhance future experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and unique opportunities to create memorable events.
