Position: Google Ads Specialist

About the Role:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns for a variety of clients. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring effective Google Ads strategies to attract high-quality leads and drive conversions. Your expertise will directly impact the growth and success of our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Google Ads strategies that align with clients' business goals
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across multiple Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Perform thorough keyword research and analysis to identify and target high-performing keywords
Create engaging ad copy and landing pages to increase click-through rates and conversions
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns
Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in Google Ads
Work collaboratively with other marketing team members to integrate Google Ads campaigns with broader marketing strategies
Conduct virtual meetings with clients to review campaign performance, discuss insights, and plan future strategies
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
5+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales
Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices
Active Google Ads Search Certification [Google Ads Certification Link]
Proficiency in Google Ads tools and platforms (Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics)
Familiarity with Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
