Description Summary Graphic Designer Salary Range: $35.00 - $42.00/ Hr. - This a 100% onsite role here in Oxnard, CA***

The Graphics Designer 2 is a secondary lead position in marketing communications. Being more experienced than a Graphic Designer 1, the senior person works on more difficult projects and may assist other graphic designers in the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Add Essential Duties And Responsibilities According To Position. - Produce graphical content such as brochures, flyers, online banners, social media content and trade show media.
- Works within the marketing schedule to ensure that all graphics artists complete all jobs and special projects on time.
- Creates collateral materials advertisements, and other print-based projects
- Works with Macintosh or PC computers, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign (all aspects of the Adobe Creative Cloud) and Adobe Experience Manager (all aspects of the Adobe Marketing Cloud)
- Assists with creative input for all communication projects.
- Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.
- Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.

Minimum Qualifications - Must have high level skills in PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign (all aspects of the Adobe Creative Cloud) and Adobe Experience Manager (all aspects of the Adobe Marketing Cloud)
- Can comprehend basic technical specifications of Haas product line.
- Strong working knowledge of the operations of a hi-resolution configuration and the printing process.
- Capable of creating collateral materials advertisements, and other print-based projects, quickly and efficiently.
Desired Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree BA/BS/BFA/BSA from a four-year college or university is required, plus additional related experience, training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations in English. Must be able to write analytical and/or technical reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and create instructional reference material. Able to speak effectively before groups, customers, employees of the organization and/or the general public.
Mathematical Skills Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must have the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. May need to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions such as mathematical and/or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
