About the Role
As a Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members, assisting them with questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your ability to provide compassionate and knowledgeable support will directly impact member satisfaction and overall healthcare access.

Location: This is a remote position, but you must reside within a 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230

Start Date: April 14

Compensation:

During Training: $21.63/hour
After Training: $22.66/hour
Training & Work Schedule
Training Period (12 weeks):

Schedules may fluctuate between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST
Once training is completed, a set schedule will be assigned, though minor adjustments may occur based on call volume (with advance notice).
Post-Training Schedule:

Must be available to work weekends.
Shifts will start anywhere between 7:00 AM-9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday)
You will always have two scheduled days off per week
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Respond to a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
✅ Assist members with benefit questions, ID card requests, eligibility verification, billing inquiries, and payment processing
✅ Perform data entry and update patient profiles/demographics accurately
✅ Utilize dual-screen technology to track interactions and maintain compliance standards

What We're Looking For
✔ 6+ months of call center experience (or 2+ years of customer service experience)
✔ Ability to pass a required assessment
✔ Flexibility to work within scheduled hours, including weekends
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Healthcare experience is a plus but not required!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 21.00 22.00 Per Hour
