Position Details
Location: This is a remote position, but you must reside within a 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230.
Start Date: April 14
Compensation:

During Training: $21.63/hr
After Training: $22.66/hr
Training & Work Schedule
Training Period (12 weeks):

Schedule will fluctuate between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM MST
Once training is completed, you'll receive a set schedule, with possible adjustments based on call volume.
Post-Training Work Schedule:

Must be available to work weekends.
Shifts range from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday) with two scheduled days off per week.
What You'll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from members.
Assist with benefit inquiries, eligibility questions, billing concerns, payments, and ID card requests.
Update and maintain member records with accuracy.
Utilize dual-screen technology to track interactions and ensure compliance.
What We're Looking For
✅ 6+ months of call center experience (or 2+ years of customer service experience).
✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
✅ Ability to pass a required assessment.
✅ Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
✅ Healthcare knowledge is a plus but not required!

Salary: $ 21.00 22.00 Per Hour
