We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Beijing’s Tongzhou district. This is a full-time position starting ASAP. Job responsibilitiesTogether with two teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 7:50am to 5pm. During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environmentLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or related field of studyAt least 2 years’ related teaching experienceTEFL, TESOL or equivalent certificate Excellent English communicative skills Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 20,000 to 26,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsSummer and winter holidaysNational public holidaysHealth insuranceResidence and work permit sponsored
