Our laundry attendants perform a variety of duties, including washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens. • Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager
• Load all laundry into the washer and add specified cleaning agents according to directions
• Look at all of your linens and treat any stains that you find
• Verify that all laundry equipment is in good working order and alert the facilities manager of any repair needs
• Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions

Qualifications:

• 1+ years as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar position
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
