Position Summary:

The Maintenance Data Entry Clerk Temp Assignment will report directly to the Regional Maintenance Manager and will support all duties associated with processing invoices and validate all vendor pricing to be accurate. This is an opportunity for a highly driven individual who is detail oriented, disciplined, and hard working. This role will be working closely with other departments. Essential Job Functions:

  • Processing vendor invoices in our TMS software (TMT).
  • Communicate with vendors when there is an issue with an Invoice.
  • Ensure orders do not exceed the allowable terms based on individual customer contract.
  • Work with accounting to ensure all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Manage and Update PO report on a daily basis.
  • Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each customer.
  • Track and record receipts for maintenance purchases.
  • Enter Equipment Mileage submitted by Operation Managers.
  • Allocate fuel transactions and provide to accounting team.
  • Be able to type 40 WPM.
  • Process Task via the Maintenance Workflow (Fuel, Rental, Equipment Movement, etc).
  • Other task as necessary.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient problem solver, independent and adaptive to a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to use computer and software applications (i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
  • Strong teamwork approach and engagement.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with the ability to manage and prioritize.
  • Ability to listen and speak professionally.
  • Possess customer service-related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related administrative work experience required.


Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM.
  • Some weekends (when needed).


Pay:  The pay is based on experience, ($20.00-$25.00/hour) and is going to be discussed during an in-person interview.
