| 5 | Required | Working in a project team environment, Agile Methodology |
| 5 | Required | Testing to ensure accessibility and other existing standards are met |
| 5 | Required | Maintaining effective working relationships. |
| 3 | Required | Experience with other DB technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) |
