About the Role:

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and support shift operations in executing the production plan. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role oversees staffing, performance optimization, compliance with safety and quality standards, and efficient coordination of production activities.

Schedule: 3rd Shift (10 PM - 7 AM) | Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend hours

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to optimize efficiency.
• Lead and support line teams across Preparation, Molding, Enrobing, and Packaging processes.
• Monitor inventory, ensure material availability, and coordinate with production teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues, drive performance improvements, and track KPIs.
• Enforce compliance with Ferrero’s Safety, Quality, and Sanitation policies.

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot production and process challenges while driving improvements.
• Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently in a shift-based environment.
