The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating communication within the team. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate administration, office management, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, and real estate CRM platforms
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required)
