Position: Real Estate Office Coordinator
Location: Keller Williams Bothell Market Center

The Real Estate Office Coordinator is a proactive and meticulous professional dedicated to enhancing daily operations and nurturing a lively, agent-centric community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Management : Handle bookkeeping and purchasing tasks.
  • Technology and Social Media : Utilize digital tools and social media to improve communication and highlight the Market Center's value proposition.
  • Event Planning : Organize and manage events such as training sessions and recognition ceremonies to boost associate engagement.

  • Proficiency in accounting, digital tools, and event management

Collaboration : Work closely with staff, sales associates, buyers, sellers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Market Center Administrator (MCA), ensuring seamless operations of the Market Center.
  • Assist with all aspects of Market Center financials, including accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), and bookkeeping.
  • Help share the Market Center’s value story with staff and associates, using tech and social media platforms to amplify the message.
  • Plan and coordinate Market Center events, such as training sessions, recognition ceremonies, and team-building activities, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience.
  • Input data and maintain accurate records using computer systems.
  • Support the MCA with financial tasks, including purchasing supplies and equipment.
  • Leverage tech tools and social media to enhance communication, training, engagement, and event promotion within the Market Center.
  • Uphold cultural standards by being considerate of staff, paying bills on time, and fostering a positive environment.
  • Collaborate daily with staff (Team Leader, MCA, Receptionist) to keep operations running smoothly and coordinate events.
  • Support sales associates daily to meet their needs, enhance productivity, and engage them in events.
  • Engage daily with buyers and sellers to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Coordinate daily with vendors to manage supplies, equipment, and event-related services effectively.

Qualifications
