About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the go-to expert for a specific vendor, brand, or department, helping customers find products they love while providing exceptional service. You'll drive sales by making personalized recommendations, building customer relationships, and sharing your knowledge with shoppers. Your ability to create meaningful connections will contribute to a loyal clientele and a strong sales performance. Additionally, you'll collaborate with store leadership and vendor partners to ensure merchandise is presented beautifully and promotional events are a success.

What You'll Do
Create an outstanding customer experience by making each shopper feel welcome and valued.
Greet customers, learn about their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
Utilize product knowledge to suggest complementary items and upsell where appropriate.
Serve as a bridge between the vendor, store leadership, and sales associates, keeping them informed on product updates and customer preferences.
Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor and ensure promotions are properly displayed.
Plan and execute vendor-sponsored events and promotions to drive sales.
Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty.
Process sales transactions efficiently while celebrating each purchase with enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for a motivated, energetic team player who is passionate about customer service and retail sales. Ideal candidates will have:
A talent for building relationships and converting shoppers into loyal customers.
A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creativity and an eye for visual merchandising.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfort with technology, including point-of-sale systems and mobile devices.
A flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 1 year of previous retail or sales experience.
Physical Requirements
Standing/walking for extended periods (at least two consecutive hours).
Frequent use of computers, tablets, and other electronic devices.
Reaching, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
