Position : Sales Development Representative
Working Hours : M-F 9AM-5PM EST
Salary Range : $1500-$2000/month

About the Job:

The company is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead cold outreach and lead generation efforts for private event sales, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities. This role is perfect for a proactive, creative, and resourceful individual who thrives in building relationships, identifying high-potential leads, and thinking outside the box.

The ideal candidate will focus on strategic outreach to corporate clients, brands, and organizations to book private events and explore collaborations, including liquor sponsorships, membership programming, and other strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and help expand Maxwell Tribeca’s presence across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Prospecting & Research

  • Targeting Diverse Industries : Identify and research leads across industries such as banks, law firms, fashion brands, alcohol companies, tech firms, media companies, and event management organizations.
  • Expand Outreach : Target decision-makers beyond event teams, including Executive Assistants (EAs), marketing teams, PR specialists, office managers, platform managers, and client relations professionals who influence event planning and partnerships.

Trend Monitoring & Targeted Outreach

  • Stay up-to-date on NYC’s major events (e.g., Fashion Week, Tech Week, Climate Week) and leverage these occasions to pitch pre-event gatherings, after-parties, product launches, or networking events.
  • Proactively suggest ideas for event-related gatherings that align with trending industry occasions.

Explore and Target Diverse Markets such as . . .

  • Influencers & Content Creators: Engage media influencers for exclusive dinners, content shoots, or media previews.
  • Startups & Venture Capital : Target demo days, fundraising parties, and networking mixers.
  • Wedding & Social Planners: Reach out to event planners and event agencies for private celebrations such as engagement parties, baby showers, and more.

Creative Lead Generation & Outreach Strategies

  • Develop personalized outreach strategies that are engaging, scalable, and relevant to each prospect.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms to build targeted campaigns.
  • Identify decision-makers using email discovery tools, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Engage through social media platforms (Instagram DMs, Twitter, TikTok) to connect directly with influencers, startups, and brands.
  • Leverage industry associations, trade publications, event sponsor lists, and press releases to identify potential leads.

Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Create customized pitches highlighting venue offerings, marketing opportunities, and collaborative experiences.B
  • Build genuine relationships by demonstrating an understanding of the client’s industry and goals.
  • Book introductory meetings and identify long-term partnership opportunities.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and lead statuses in a CRM (e.g., Airtable).Track and me
  • et weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and leads generated.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and social media teams to refine outreach strategies, align messaging with industry trends, and adapt to seasonal events.
  • Provide insights into lead performance and suggest ways to improve outreach and lead generation campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas for email campaigns and nurture sequences to keep prospects engaged.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Proven experience in cold outreach and lead generation, ideally in hospitality, event sales, luxury services, or partnership development.
  • Ability to think creatively about scaling lead generation while maintaining a personal, professional approach.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Airtable, Tripleseat, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong research skills to track trends and identify targeted opportunities.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable experimenting with non-traditional outreach methods, such as social media prospecting, networking groups, and online communities

Preferred

  • Experience targeting industries such as finance, law, fashion, alcohol brands, tech, media companies, event planners, or sports organizations.
  • Experience pitching sponsorships or brand collaborations.
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and multi-channel prospecting strategies.
