Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to jumpstart your career in sales with significant earning potential? Capital Energy is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Rep in our door-to-door solar sales program. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed. What You’ll Do: • Engage with homeowners in designated territories to educate them on the benefits of solar energy. • Generate and qualify leads through direct sales efforts. • Schedule and attend consultations to guide customers through the solar conversion process. • Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop sales techniques and industry knowledge. • Meet and exceed performance goals in a competitive yet supportive environment. Responsibilities: • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred About Company: At Capital Energy, we’re revolutionizing the way people access sustainable energy solutions.
