Group Management Services (GMS)is looking for an ambitious self starter within the expanding IT division to be our newest Salesforce Developer .

What the Salesforce Developer oversees:  

• Responsible for all aspects of the Salesforce platform development to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform
• Identify and translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and Salesforce Administrators to design, build, test and implement end to end solutions
• Salesforce configuration development, including but not limited to flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile admin, dashboards and reports
• Maintain detailed code documentation and assist in establishing department-specific training, testing and evaluation processes
• Apex and Lightening Web Component creation
• Remain current with & adhere to Salesforce technologies and best practices
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Education/Experience – Previous experience in a PEO, TPA, or HR outsourcing organization is preferred. Strong Salesforce product knowledge and 2+ years of Salesforce Development and hands-on experience with Apex & LWC required. Experience with Salesforce DX, CPQ, and DevOps tools highly preferred with experience in Mulesoft, CRM Analytics, or Digital Experience a bonus.

Compensation, Benefits, and more:

• Salary range between $115,000-$130,000 commensurate with experience
