Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Chicago, IL

Experience: 10+ Years

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support custom Salesforce solutions. The candidate will play a key role in transforming business requirements into scalable Salesforce applications while supporting system administration, customization, and integration efforts.

• Serve as a Salesforce Developer to transform requirements into custom Salesforce solutions.
• Perform daily administration of the Salesforce CRM, including user management, roles, security, and object customization.
• Develop Apex triggers, custom objects, workflows, Visualforce pages, and other solutions using Apex code.
• Create and manage custom reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical leads, solution architects, and development teams to deliver project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Document solutions and conduct unit/system testing for code, components, and integrations.

• 6+ years of experience developing Apex triggers, classes, web services, and Visualforce pages.
• 8+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using SOA and ESB technologies.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture and migration.
• Strong expertise in implementing advanced formulas and workflow rules.
• 7+ years of web services experience (Java/J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, WSDL).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (JIRA).
• Proficiency in Salesforce version control, continuous integration, and build automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Salesforce Lightning development experience.
• Oracle WebLogic expertise.
• Experience with defect management and testing automation tools (e.g., HP ALM, LoadRunner).
• Broad knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and technical architecture.
• Financial/Banking industry background.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred Salesforce Certifications:
  • ADM201: Administration Essentials for New Admins
  • ADM211: Administration Essentials for Experienced Admins
  • DEV401: Building Applications with Force.com
  • DEV450: Programmatic Development with Apex and Visualforce
  • DEV502: Integrating with Force.com
  • DEV601: Programming Lightning Components
