Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum looking Experience: 10 + years
• SAFe Agile Certification & Experience
• Good on SAFe Agile process and Metrics
• To work with Product Operations, Software Development and Quality Engineering teams to resolve any business or technical impediments affecting project delivery.
• To help teams develop / drive a plan with well-defined milestones and increase efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating redundancy and tailoring SDLC processes to fit their needs.
• To interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users and other internal groups to coordinate project activities.
• To realize maximum customer benefit through planning, estimating, managing and delivering one or more projects within a program while mitigating risks.
• To work closely with the channel and product partners selected to this project.
• The Scrum Master actively works to optimize the team’s performance.
• This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating the meetings, and working with the Product owner to make sure the Product Backlog is groomed sufficiently and ready for the next Sprint

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $65000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $133100per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
