Chase is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to activate the Chase Travel Group marketing roadmap. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong skillset in digital marketing, particularly across email, web, and app channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign builds and omnichannel launches, considering channel capabilities, audience targeting, digital marketing best practices, and executional excellence. 

 

As a Senior Associate, Marketing Campaign Operations within Chase Travel Group, you will be responsible for building and managing campaigns across brand, lifecycle, and performance marketing to achieve business goals. You will work closely with Chase Travel Group marketers in addition to Card and Connected Commerce teams at Chase to ensure seamless execution and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role will report to the Vice President, Marketing Campaign Operations on the Chase Travel Marketing & Growth team.

 

  • Manage the Chase Travel Group marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are thoughtfully executed in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Activate campaigns through to execution across marketing pillars, including brand, lifecycle, and performance marketing.
  • Implement personalization techniques and apply strategic planning mindset to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Card and Connected Commerce teams to align marketing efforts and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Chase partners in Execution Marketing, Servicing, Product, Audience Management, Personalization, Data & Analytics teams, and more to realize marketing strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring compliance with Legal, Risk, Controls and Compliance to set the team up for success.
  • Manage the creative execution process, working with internal teams and external agencies to transform marketing strategies into compelling and effective creative assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email, web, and app channels.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms across various digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrates skill in assessing potential outcomes during campaign planning and execution, with a strong ability to implement proactive problem-solving strategies.
