Job Description:

Client is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for a client in Fairfield, CA . This role will provide technical and organizational support for the analysis, design, configuration, and documentation of computer systems. The Senior IT Business Analyst will also deliver technical support to end users, address complex system issues, and collaborate with technical leads and business users to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and propose solutions, including new systems and functionality.
• Provide technical support to resolve system issues and contribute to the successful implementation of upgrades and new applications.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and create User Stories .
• Lead meetings and facilitate the initiation and planning phases for projects.
• Offer coaching and guidance to junior IT Business Analysts.
• Conduct training for both business users and IT personnel.
• Work on upfront project tasks, including documentation, system analysis, and planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience with large software and systems implementations , particularly within healthcare IT.
• Strong experience in Healthcare IT , including knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in .NET , EDI , and Web Applications .
• Familiarity with various programming languages and technical systems.
• Solid business analysis skills , including gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and creating user stories.
• Experience with system upgrades and web application development .

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience leading or supporting the initiation and planning phases of projects.
• Strong technical acumen and experience working within IT environments .
