Looking for 10 to 12 years of experience
Managing a mix of onsite and offshore team (java based applications)
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master certification
Skills:
Deep knowledge and experience with agile methodologies
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master certification
Skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks
Effective communicator with conflict resolution abilities
Demonstrates leadership traits like integrity and emotional intelligence
Inspires collaboration and fosters a high-performing team environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Leader using Agile methodology
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and processes
