A Contract-to-Hire Senior Staff Accountant job in Appleton, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of accounting experience, public accounting experience preferred. In this position, candidates will complete month end close, reconcile and analyze accounts, prepare financial statements, and maintain the general ledger. This position will also maintain costs, conduct annual audits, and assist with all other financial tasks as needed.
Contract-to-Hire Senior Staff Accountant job responsibilities include:

• Maintain costs and develop cost saving measures.
• Conduct annual audits.
• All other financial tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of Accounting experience, public accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Accounting software and systems.
• Strong Financial Analysis experience.
• Experience with Auditing.
• Experience with Internal Controls.
• CPA Certification preferred.
