Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and API integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization.
Familiarity with MID Server configuration and Orchestration workflows.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies for ServiceNow development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other advanced certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to enhance platform capabilities.
Implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to maintain platform stability.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics within ServiceNow to support decision-making.
Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities
