Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a
Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and executing social media and influencer marketing strategies that help our clients grow and engage their audiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative campaigns that harness the power of social media platforms and influencer relationships, delivering results that align with client goals.
Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Curate, create, and manage engaging content for social media channels that reflects brand voice, resonates with target audiences, and drives engagement
- Monitor, track, and optimize social media performance using analytics tools to ensure the success of campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to elevate client brands
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, outreach, contracts, content approvals, and campaign tracking
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that aligns with clients’ marketing goals and KPIs
- Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into social media and influencer marketing strategies
Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or brand environment
- Proven experience building and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and influencers
- Ability to think creatively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
