Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of students, focusing on enhancing their speech, language, and communication skills.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development and achieve optimal outcomes.
Conduct Remote Assessments and Evaluations: Manage and conduct assessments to evaluate students' communication abilities, using teletherapy platforms to provide comprehensive evaluations.
Stay Current with Practices: Adapt to new techniques, continuously expanding your knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest practices in speech-language pathology and teletherapy.
Support Student Success: Help students improve their communication, giving them the tools to succeed academically and socially.

Requirements:

Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Licensure: Active and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Certification (Preferred): ASHA certification.
Experience: Experience working with children in both school and clinical settings, utilizing effective speech therapy techniques.
Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and schedules.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology to provide remote services and engage students effectively.
