Store Manager - Natural Wellness Retail Sales:
Jacksonville, Florida | Full-time | $45,000 - $75,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance Incentives).

WHY WE NEED YOU:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead both of our Jacksonville locations. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who excels in sales, team development, and customer engagement. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Store Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of both Jacksonville stores, ensuring that our brand values and customer experience standards are upheld. Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Hire, train, and develop a team of high-performing sales associates (Wellness Coaches).
    • Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
    • Conduct ongoing coaching to improve sales performance.
  • Sales & Customer Experience:
    • Drive sales growth through customer engagement and strategic initiatives.
    • Ensure consistent and knowledgeable customer service at both locations.
    • Implement sales goals and incentive programs to motivate staff.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintain store presentation and inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Representation:
    • Build relationships within the community to enhance brand awareness.
    • Participate in and organize local events to promote Natural Life’s mission.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

  • Have 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in health & wellness, specialty retail, or customer-focused industries.
  • Possess strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Have a track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
  • Are passionate about natural wellness and holistic health.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Are comfortable managing multiple locations and adapting to different store needs.
