The Village of Ashwaubenon, population 17,836, is accepting applications for a full-time Support Services Administrative Clerk (37.5 hours/week).

Ashwaubenon is a vibrant suburb of Green Bay surrounding historic Lambeau Field. While just 17,836 residents call it home, this regional hub to shop, work, and play grows to over 35,000 during the day. While it is a football town at heart, and the Green Bay Packers are an active member of the community, a large regional shopping district. The Resch Center (sports and entertainment arena), the Resch Expo (exposition hall), a performing arts center, a competitive collegiate baseball, and soccer stadium and the Epic Event Center (concert venue), provide loads of entertainment to both locals and tourists year-round.

This position is the first line of public relations for the Ashwaubenon Department of Public Safety. Work involves performing a wide variety of clerical functions pertaining to the operations of the Public Safety Department and requires application of some judgement in the interpretation of policies and regulations. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Information Manager.

Position Hourly Pay Range (2025): $25.99 - $34.29 (Hiring range up to $28.69) - plus an attractive benefits package.

Qualified applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent with additional post-secondary vocational/technical coursework in general office practices. Must be a U.S. Citizen and at least 18 years of age at time of application. Felony convictions and disqualifying criminal histories are not permitted. The successful candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality of all information and be able to read and write the English language.

Selected candidates will participate in required pre-employment screening to include thorough background investigation, medical and vision examination, drug screening and any other screenings deemed necessary by the Chief of Public Safety or the Police & Fire Commission.
