We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Leisure Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in curating unforgettable leisure experiences for individuals, families, and groups. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and organize leisure travel packages, events, and activities that meet clients' preferences and budgets, ensuring they have seamless and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their leisure travel or event preferences, interests, and budgets.
• Design customized leisure travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, dining, entertainment, and activities.
• Research and recommend top destinations, tours, and activities tailored to clients' needs.
• Liaise with vendors, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and event planners, to secure bookings and arrangements.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and special promotions to provide expert advice to clients.
• Ensure all arrangements align with client expectations, offering alternatives when necessary.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and other adjustments with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of client information, bookings, and payments.
• Promote and upsell additional services, such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades.
• Address and resolve any client issues or concerns before, during, or after their experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong passion for leisure travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• High level of organization and attention to detail to ensure seamless coordination of arrangements.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects or bookings simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills to accommodate client needs and resolve unexpected issues.
• Familiarity with popular leisure travel destinations, trends, and services.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or event planning industry (preferred but not required).
• Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse clientele (preferred but not required)
