Your New Role

As our Accounts Receivable Manager , you’ll take the lead in managing receivables, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records to keep our revenue flowing. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Leesburg, VA. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing collections efforts to ensure timely invoice payments
• Setting and achieving A/R department objectives in alignment with company goals
• Reconciling accounts and bank statements to maintain accuracy
• Recording financial transactions and preparing reports for leadership
• Supervising the A/R department and fostering a high-performance team

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable , preferably in the electrical service or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliation, and collections management
• Experience with A/R software and accounting systems
• Leadership skills to effectively supervise and guide the A/R team
• Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
